2. Garrison Brothers Texas Straight Bourbon: A highly sought-after bourbon with bold flavors and unique character. Just a note here, Garrison Brothers was the first legal whiskey distillery in the state of Texas to produce handmade bourbon whiskey. They are located in Hye, TX. This is one of my personal favorites to visit on fall or early spring day. Great outdoor area to relax and enjoy your drink of choice. The wife loves their frozen dr. pepper and bourbon, I love the Garrison Brothers Old Fashion. Make sure you try Dans Nuts while you are there, they go great with your drink.
3. Ironroot Republic Distillery: This small-batch whiskey displays complexity with its blend of corn, rye, and malted barley. They are located in Denison, TX
4. Andalusia Stryker: Crafted from mesquite-smoked malt and Texas white corn, it offers a distinctive flavor profile. They are located in Blanco, TX.
5. Ranger Creek Rimfire: Made from a blend of malted barley and smoked corn, this is a unique Texan take on American single malt. They are located in San Antonio, TX.
